It was a really nice stay, modern place. The service provided there was excellent. Besides, there was a public parking nearby.

The location was magnificent, because a metro station was based close to the hotel. There was Rpm Steak close to the venue. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a writing table. The bed was amazing and I loved a large bathroom.

The service is excellent, includes discounted parking. This hotel offers beautifully maintained and new-fashioned rooms with sofa, 2 TV's.

Reasonably spacious and updated room, exceptionally comfortable bed and quiet in the evenings. Clean bathrooms with bathtubs. Incredible and magnificent location really close to House of Blues Stage.

Greatly enjoyed it - the place is stunningly beautiful and suited me fine. Everyone is amazingly nice and host too. The hotel provides a friendly service. Moreover, the parking is nearby. This is a property go-to for Chicago!

We appreciated rooms with a sofa bed. Hotel's breakfast was above average and good, included cereals and oatmeal. The venue had a central location very close to the Capitol. The staff was best and efficient, and the service was good.

The service at Fairfield Inn was exceptional! We were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival and they made sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good variety and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn And Suites Chicago Downtown-River North. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to have an early check-in and a late check-out. My room had a comfortable bed, central heating, a multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of meals to choose from.

the staff was efficient, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. location: the hotel was just off chicago and navy pier and restaurants and hard rock cafe. i came across weber grill restaurant, it was not too far from the venue, offered nice shots.

I liked the hotel, it's perfect and the location is stunning with in walking of shopping dining n sight seeing.

The location is particularly good and amazing, it's right by downtown, very close to the magnafcite mile and restaurants, shopping, and loop and River North. The hotel offers above average and satisfactory meal in the morning, good food.
